Spare wrapped steel cable to replace the cable on your SMAI Speed Rope. Suitable for Plastic Handle, Silver Aluminium and Black Aluminium handle speed ropes. Simply unscrew your worn cable with an allen key, feed the new rope through the bearing hole, and retighten the screw clamp. Trim any excess and you are ready to go.
