Eat right.
Look the part.

02 / The rule we run on

Built by the industry.
For the industry.

KickSplat is built by people who run gyms, teach classes, cut weight, and sweep mats — not consultants who watched a UFC fight once.

Want a feature? Tell us. If it's good, we build it. The rule: everything we add ships to every studio. No custom branches. Your suggestion improves the platform for everyone — and someone else's good idea improves it for you.

03 / Run a studio?

The same software
runs every gym in
the network.

Combat sports, yoga, gymnastics, dance, anything. KickSplat is the platform we built to handle it. Members, classes, gradings, payments, injuries. One login, no spreadsheets, flat-rate pricing.

04 / How we started

A gym. A frustration. A few late nights.

KickSplat started inside a Wollongong combat-sports gym. The software we were forced to use was built for yoga studios in California — pretty, expensive, and useless for tracking belts, sparring rotations, or who'd been cleared to roll after a knee injury.

So we built our own. Then friends at other gyms wanted in. Then a yoga studio asked if it'd work for them too — and turns out the same tools that run a BJJ academy run a yoga studio just fine, you just turn off the bits you don't need.

Today KickSplat is three things — the software, a gear shop, and a kitchen — but the rule's the same as day one: build what athletes actually use, not what looks good in a pitch deck.

06 / Common questions

Sorting it out.

Quick answers to the things people ask before they sign up, shop, or get in touch.

KickSplat is an Australian fitness brand made up of three things: gym management software, a shop selling combat-sports gear and apparel, and Fighter's Kitchen — meal plans built for athletes. They're separate products, but if you train at a KickSplat partner gym, your one login covers all three.
$100 per studio per month — flat rate, every feature, no per-member fees, no upsells. Whether you've got 20 members or 800, the price is the same. No setup fee, no lock-in contract, cancel anytime.
No. The shop and Fighter's Kitchen are open to anyone. Members of partner gyms get pricing perks and a single login across all three sites, but you can shop and read recipes whether or not you train with us.
BJJ, boxing, Muay Thai, kickboxing, MMA, karate, taekwondo, yoga, gymnastics, dance, CrossFit, and general strength training are all natively supported. Run multiple disciplines from one studio — that's normal. The grading system, class structures and member tracking adjust to whatever you teach. Got something we don't list? Tell us — we've probably already built it or will happily add it.
Yes — but with one rule: anything we build ships to every studio. We don't do per-gym custom branches. If your idea makes the platform better, we build it once and every studio benefits. That keeps the code clean and the price flat. Most gyms find that's a feature, not a bug — someone else's good idea ends up helping you too.
Wollongong, NSW. The software, the brand and the team all started here. Stock for the shop ships from Australian warehouses; meal plans are written by Australian sports nutritionists. We support gyms across Australia and have plans to roll out internationally.
Head to kicksplat.com/app and you'll find a list of partner gyms. If yours isn't on it, you can refer them — we'll reach out and offer to onboard them.
Yes. All data sits on Australian servers, member medical info is encrypted at rest, and we don't sell or share data with third parties. Gyms own their member data — if a gym ever leaves KickSplat, they take it with them in a clean export.
