Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of kicksplat.com, the KickSplat shop, and the KickSplat gym management platform. By using the site you agree to them.

The shop

• All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
• Orders are confirmed by email and shipped after payment clears. Payment is currently by bank transfer using your order number as the reference.
• If an item is out of stock after you order, we will contact you with the option of a substitute, backorder, or full refund.
• Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Refunds & Returns policy.

Gym software and memberships

• Gyms subscribe to the KickSplat platform to manage their members. Your membership agreement is with your gym; KickSplat provides the software.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for information you enter being accurate.
• Combat sports and physical training carry inherent risk. Waivers signed through the platform are between you and your gym — read them before signing.
• We may suspend accounts used to abuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, or harass other users.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to breach security, scrape member data, resell access, or upload unlawful content. We log security-relevant activity.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, KickSplat is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or platform. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the amount paid.
